D5 render don't open

Hello everyone
The program comes to the opening screen but does not open a file.
It does not even open empty.
I made a benchmark and scanned with supporttool.
The log file is attached.

Hi there sorry for the inconvenience. I suggest checking the following information:

  • Please check for your Windows 10 version, and I do suggest to upgrade your system to Windows 10 v1809 or higher

  • Update your driver through NV’s official software GeForce Experience, or download and install the driver by manually selecting the appropriate graphics card from NVIDIA’s official website
