Pierre
Google translate:
hello everyone,
There is a problem with my computer. You must reinstall windows and all other programs.
When I run SketchUp, there is no problem, but nothing happens in D5 (whether it is a D5 converter or running D5 alone).
This is a cycle, nothing.
Will anyone know because I uninstalled and reinstalled d5 and the same problem.
Thank you for coming back.
Hi,
After you reinstalling the system, the registry of Sketchup and D5 Render will get lost, so it is necessary for us to reinstall SketchUp, D5 Render, and D5 Converter.
To confirm, can you open D5 Render directly (without using the plugin)? If not, can you show me a screenshot of the problem? Since you just reinstalled the system, I think you need to update or install the latest version of video driver as well.
Regards,
Oliver
Hi Oliver,
After reinstalling windows, sketchup, D5 render and D5 converter it still does not work.
My video driver is up to date.
When I launch D5 render alone, the main window appears and when I do it again the window disappears and nothing happens.
The windows cursor loops and nothing.
So I don’t really know what to think about it.
An idea?
Hello pierre,
Thanks for the updates. We may need to know the below info to analyze the issue cause.
- Do you run any CPU overclock settings, like Game Boost program, etc.
- To confirm, the main window you mentioned is the Welcome page of D5, or the viewport of a scene file?
- Please let us know your hardware information, and do you have multiple GPU/monitors on your computer?
At last, please compress two folders that contain logs files then send to my email ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com.
- A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.2
- A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
Regards,
Oliver
