D5 render crashes when i render or when i press F4

Hi i dont know what happened because it was working ok yesterday but now when i press F4 or render a scene it just crashes.

i tried restarting the computer, tried restarting D5 as administrator and its still doing the same thing

is there anyone who can assist urgently ?

  1. Does it still crash when pressing F4 or rendering on a new or demo scene?
  2. Which D5 Render version are you currently using?
  3. Are there any new Windows updates, GPU settings, or hardware changes you performed recently that could affect stability?
