D5 Pro Computer Issue

Hi, I had recently had to get a new computer due to it having a BIOS issue, and I am unable to access my computer no longer. It previously had the EDU bounded to it. I am unable to sign in on that device to no longer. Is there any possible way that I can use the EDU account on the new computer that I have?

Please note that the Edu License is a fixed-seat license, which means it is bound to the device where it was first activated. For data security reasons, we are unable to unbind or transfer it to another device.

You may continue using it on your current device until it expires. Once your Edu License has expired, you may reapply for a new one on your new device, provided that you still meet the eligibility requirements. Thank you :face_holding_back_tears:
