D5 PRO ACCOUNT USER - REGARDING AI ENHANCEMENT TOOL ERROR ISSUE

My Account name is 21700064@handong.ac.kr

and

I’m an architect that works in the US, and I’m also a d5 pro user.

I use the d5 render tool to generate render images,

but since I changed my computer and downloaded d5 again,

the ai enhancer tool, which I frequently used, and was the reason I subscribed to d5 pro,

wouldn’t generate any images, when I click on the “generate” button.

it would say, waiting in line and goes back to right before I click the button.

Never happened in past years that I’ve used your program,

and my company’s work is at risk due to the error.

I’m sending you the capture image of the system log, and the error screenshots.

I wish that the error be fixed in a timely manner.
