D5 No arranca tras nueva instalación

Tras una instalación limpia de Windows 10, D5 no se inicia bien. En apertura directa abre la ventana de inicio, pero al dar a abrir al fichero se queda esperando.
Si lo hago desde la ventana de Archicad, igualmente se qyeda esperando. He desactivado el firewwal de windows y desistalado, borradom las carpetas de usuario que quedaban y vuelto a instalar.

After a clean install of Windows 10, D5 does not start properly. In direct opening it opens the start window, but when opening the file it stays waiting.
If I do it from the Archicad window, it still waits. I have disabled the windows firewall and uninstalled, erased the remaining user folders and reinstalled.

Entonces, tal vez no dependa de Windows 10. Lo primero que debes saber es qué tarjeta gráfica tienes, cuántos gigas de ram tienes en la tarjeta y en tu PC. Luego, si ha visto el sitio D5, le dirán las características mínimas para iniciar el programa, dice, al menos una Geforce GTX 1060 6G. Entonces sabe que el programa solo interactúa con tarjetas Geforce a partir de GTX a RTX, entonces siempre debe tener la tarjeta actualizada por los controladores. Si la potencia de su PC es baja, el programa no se inicia, necesita comprender mejor cómo es su máquina y qué requisitos tiene. :smiling_face: :smiling_face: :smiling_face:

J’ai le même problème avec D5 et sketchup
J’ai une RTX 3070 8Go win 10 1280 Go de ram et j’arrive plus à bosser c’est desolant

Hola Riccardo. Cierto olvide las caracteristicas, pero es que como comento D5 funcionaba bien hasta que reistale windows 10.
Placa Base Asus Rog Strix z690g + i9 12900k + 64 gb DDR5 + RTX 3080 ti + Refrig. liquida

Resuelto. No se bien como, despues de desistalar de nuevo e instalr, lo unico que he hecho diferente ha sido instalar los drivers de Nvidia de Gaming, no de Studio.

Por lo general, siempre es la tarjeta de video la que interactúa con el programa. Siempre lo actualizo para no tener estos problemas, me alegro por ti que lo hayas solucionado :grinning: :grinning: :grinning: :grinning:

Hola Ricardo. Vuelve el mismo problema otra vez !! El programa se inicia desde su propio icono, pero no abre los ficheros de ejemplo. y desde Archicad, no se llega a iniciar

Mi dispiace per il tuo disagio, la richiesta l’ai fatta su Get Help?, mi sembra strano. Capisco che rispondono a parecchi colleghi. Ma tu sei iscritto nella stanza General Chat, se no, devi essere invitato per usarlo. Li ci sono un casino di colleghi che si scambiano idee e cercano di risolvere problemi. Hi, can you please unzip this file then move it to the installation folder of D5 Render on your computer?
then you can run this .exe file and generate a zipped log file, please send it to me (ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com), we will help you find the issue cause.

Ti ribadisco non sono uno dello staf ma un collega è un architetto, non so cosa risponderti per il disagio che stai provando. Ma questo lo devi chidere a Oliver, che ti ha dato la possibilità di cancellare i files di registro per poi ristallare D5, sè non mi sbaglio.
Forse hai fatto qualcosa prima che non dovevi fare, io ti consiglio di farti vedere il compiuter da un tecnico di tua fiducia, racconta cose hai fatto su questo PC, è spiga cosa e andato storto. Penso che in questo modo, forse , risolvi il problema. In bocca a lupo, a risentirci. :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face:

I repeat to you I am not one of the staf but a colleague is an architect, I do not know what to answer for the discomfort you are feeling. But you have to ask this to Oliver, who gave you the possibility to delete the log files and then re-install D5, if I’m not mistaken.
Maybe you did something before that you shouldn’t have done, I advise you to show your computer to a technician of your choice, tell us what you did on this PC, that’s what went wrong.
