D5 missing .dll

Hello,

I have one user who keeps getting missing dll erros than D5 crashes. I’ve reinstalled multiple times, uninstalled using revo uninstaller to delete any lingering registries and he keeps getting this error. Other users in the same environment are not. Can you please advise?

  • May I know which version this error prompt was evident in, 2.11.0 or 2.11.1?

  • How about the launcher version? Did you install the latest launcher version from our official website?

  • Can you check if your Antivirus is blocking these files? Or perhaps you can temporarily disable them.

  • Any significant difference on this specific user compared to others? Perhaps is he using an AMD GPU?
