D5 livesync problem 3dsmax

I have been working on a file since like two weeks , never had a problem with updating the d5 file with live sync , but then with a new version of my 3dsmax file and trying to relink the new file to the D5 file , live sync stopped working and kept going forever , therefore I had updated my live sync plugin also my graphic drivers but with no success .

I am not sure what happened , but I hope that someone has any idea !
