Every time I stop and start a sync between SketchUp and D5, I get a new dialogue box that I can’t close. It’s annoying because they start filling up my screen. Any idea why this is happening all of a sudden?
halo, is the current SU version used when this exception occurs 2023.1?
If so, please try to download and install the D5 LiveSync for SketchUp again from the official website, this issue was fixed on 13 September.
If the problem still occurs after reinstallation, please tell me the current SU version you are using.
In the“Help-About SketchUp”,you can see which SU version is currently in use.
