Then I went to extension manager and it writes that extension is unsigned and I couldn’t enable it. Does anybody has the same problem or has found solution to it?
Welcome to D5 forum, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I’m here to help. Is this the first time you’ve encountered this problem? Have you tried uninstalling that LiveSync version, restarting your PC, and reinstalling the plugin again?
Let me know if the problem persists so we can find another solution. Thanks for supporting D5 Render
Hi,@stefan24 please open the Sketchup, then open Extension–developer–ruby console, and restart Sketchup, you will see some error info, please take a screenshot here which will help us to debug this issue
Yes this is first time, I’ve installed latest update few weeks ago, it worked ok, but not good as older versions, I’ve seen that it doesn’t update model in D5 as I change the model in Sketchup (with live update turned on), but otherwise it worked till yesterday.
I’ve reinstalled plugin few times, but without restarting PC, now I’ve also restarted PC but it doesn’t work anyway.
@stefan24 OK,please try to delete the file “D5LiveSync.conf” under the path: C:\Users\stefa\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\Plugins\su_to_d5render… then restart Sketchup
It works now, but unfortunately when I open some models that I’m now working on Sketchup crashes (I’ve tried to deinstall Livesync extension and it works normally then) and I have to mention that last week Livesync worked normally in that model, I’m sending you the screenshot of message I’m getting before app closes.
I’ve just found the problem and the solution in those files, the problem were the D5 spot lights in the model, since I’ve deleted them it all works normally. Thank you a lot for your help @usa3!
