Hi everyone,
I’m having a very strange issue with the D5 LiveSync plugin for SketchUp and I can’t get it to work anymore.
The problem started after SketchUp and D5 Render both crashed unexpectedly. Since then, the D5 plugin no longer loads.
When SketchUp starts, I get this error:

What I’ve already tried:
- Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the D5 LiveSync plugin multiple times.
- Completely reinstalled D5 Render.
- Completely reinstalled SketchUp.
- Tested multiple SketchUp versions (including older and newer versions).
- Deleted the
d5_converterplugin folder and installed it again. - Deleted or renamed multiple D5 folders under
AppData(Roaming and Local), includingD5,D5Config,D5Launcher, and other configuration folders. - Restarted the PC several times.
- The problem persists exactly the same.
At this point, I think a configuration or tracking file may have become corrupted after the crash, because the error always occurs inside init_data_tracking .
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows which file or folder init_data_tracking reads so I can delete or reset it?
I’ll attach screenshots of the error and my folder structure below.
