There are no objects beside the facade in my ArchiCAD viewport, but a black object is shown in d5 viewport. I do not have any hidden objects, and all my layers are on. Is this a d5 bug?

May I know which Livesync Version of ArchiCAD you are currently using? Please send us a screenshot
- If it’s outdated, then please install the newest version of Livesync at this link: D5 Render for Archicad Real-Time Rendering Workflow
- Have you tried directly importing this file or perhaps converting it to D5A using the plug-in?
