The warning “The communication to the D5 Render is abnormal, live sync abort” keeps appearing, and only certain files close the D5 file within 1-2 minutes, no matter what I do.

- Could you please provide us with a video recording of the issue? If possible, please show the complete process leading up to the error, including the steps taken to trigger the error prompt. This will help us better understand and reproduce the issue.
Regarding the D5 files that crash immediately, could you also let us know approximately how large or complex these files are? An immediate crash may indicate that the project is particularly demanding for the device to handle, although we would need to review the specific case to determine the actual cause.
If the crash occurs while LiveSync is active, this may also trigger the corresponding error prompt. A recording of the process would therefore be helpful for us to identify whether the error is related to the project itself, LiveSync, or another factor.
