D5 Lite not working

Hello, I’ve been trying to render with D5 Lite for almost ten hours and it’s completely stuck on “waiting”. Or it just goes back to zero without progressing. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reporting this, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please help confirm the following:

  1. How stable is your internet connection? Are you connected to a VPN or corporate network? If yes, try disconnecting and testing again.
  2. Has this “waiting” issue happened before, or is it the first time?
  3. Do you get any error message or prompt, or does it just stay on “waiting”?
  4. Can you send a screenshot of the screen where it gets stuck? That would help a lot.
  5. Does it happen with all projects or only a specific one?

Last night I received several alerts: “Server busy, please try again later.” Then it stopped working. My internet connection is very good, and D5 render works fine.
This morning it’s working again after a long wait, stuck on the “waiting” screen. No error message.

Could you please share your log files and, if possible, the scene file where the issue occurred?

You can collect your log files from your D5 Launcher > Help > Collect Log Files
