After the D5 Launcher update, D5 keeps crashing! The program interface freezes. The crashes continue. I’m sending you screenshots to help you.

Please resend the images that you have attached; it seems that the upload was not finished.
- Does it happen to all of your files? Or only specific ones?
- Which version are you using? There is a 2.11 hotfix version available for update which addresses alot of issues from 2.11 update.

So basically, when the file opens, it freezes completely? And this was only observed after upgrading to 2.11?
Can you send me the following:
- System Information
- VRAM - Open your D5 render file, or if not, a demo scene file (Residence Lawn)
- Memory Speed
