Hello… i download d5 like 1 month ago, tried the tutorial, then i dont open it till last week. i tried using d5 to learn more but when i launch it by creating new file, it suddenly closed by itself and when i try to open the launcher again, the “new” button is grayed and nothing pop up, already tried reinstall once, but still the same

Have you tried other versions of D5 aside from 2.11?

i did something last night, i tried running the D5 launcher as administrator, and somehow it works for creating new file and opening project, but it wont work if not as administrator. also when i reinstall the launcher, the D5 sync doesnt appear on sketchup while the launcher said i already have the D5 sketchup sync

Alright, thanks for providing us with additional information. With that, please try to check if you have full control over the folders where the D5 Launcher and D5.exe are located.
- Please also change the setting to have Administrator rights everytime you open the software.
thanks for the reply… all the group/usernames already have the full control, but how do i “change the setting to have Administrator rights everytime you open the software.”?
also is there a way to reinstall the sketchup live sync? because it didnt pop up when i open the sketchup, thanks

- Right click on the application > Properties > Advanced
- As for the plug-in, you can completely reinstall it by deleting 2 files, then reinstall
