Hi @patricia.d
There are multiple reasons as to why you’re getting logged out.
A D5 account only allows one active session at a time. If your account is logged in on another device, you will be automatically logged out when the session is verified during rendering
Suggestion:
– Ensure your account is not being used on other devices. You can view and manage logged-in devices in MySpace
D5 verifies account permissions and accesses online assets before and during rendering. Major Network fluctuations can interrupt this verification process, triggering automatic logout
Suggestion:
– Ensure a stable internet connection during rendering. The 2.10 version has optimized this issue, allowing minor internet fluctuations.
– Try to connect to another network and see if the issue persists.
Mismatch between launcher CID and render CID, or empty/ corrupted cid.dat file can cause identity verification failure, leading to logout
Suggestion:
– Navigate to %localappdata%\d5_launcher directory, delete the cid.dat file, then restart D5 and log in again
