"D5 is updating" Error - Issue with Archicad LiveSync

I am experiencing an issue when trying to use D5 LiveSync with Archicad 28. Every time I click on the D5 LiveSync button, I receive an error message saying “D5 is updating”, and the sync does not work.

So far, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both D5 Render and the LiveSync plugin about 5–6 times, but the problem persists. I have also confirmed that I am running the latest version of D5 Render and the plugin.

Could you please advise me on how to solve this issue?
