unfortunately D5 is saying “D5 is not available, please try later” after installation.
I use Vectorworks 2025 with Windows 11.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalled everything…
What can i do?

It’s a screenshot of your D5 Render Welcome Page. We would like to know which version you are currently running, since the VW plug-in only supports D5 Version 2.7 and above.
Have you tried reinstalling the Plug-in completely? Please follow these steps:

Search for D5LiveSyncForVectorWorks.vlb and D5LiveSyncForVectorWorks.vwr in your local directory.

Delete these files.

Then reinstall the plug-in

i dont have any application, thats the problem. I have just the Plugin on Vectorworks.
Oh, I was assuming that you had D5 Render. Since D5 Render Plug-in is only a means of connection between the two software. You cannot use D5 when you are only using the plug-in; you need to install the software itself.
Given that your device fits the minimum standard of our application.
