Hi! My D5 freezes all the time after 10-15 min usually. I already used the Get Support D5 AI chat, but after 2 days chatting cannot solve the problem. The store where I purchased the computer already changed my CPU with warranty but did not solved the problem.
I updated the latest Win11, BIOS, GPU Studio driver, everything. I also checked the Intel recommended BIOS specs for the CPU (Fail save mode etc).
Blender works well, but D5 Render and also Twinmotion freezes every time.
My spec:
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z790-H
CPU: i7 13700K
GPU: Asus TUF RTX4070 12GB
Ram: 64 GB DDR5
SSD: 2x2 TB Samsung 980 Pro
FSP Hydro PTM Pro 850W
Win11
