D5 freezes after updating everything

I open D5 Render and the screen freezes; the buttons to create a scene or add materials work, but the working screen itself freezes completely. I have updated my computer, the drivers, and the application to the latest versions, and it’s still the same. I’ve restarted it, reinstalled D5 Render, and everything remains the same. I don’t know what else to do. Can someone please help me?

Apologies for running into this issue. Has this problem happened before on the old versions? Or does it happen now that you are updating it to the latest version? When opening D5 does it freezes longer? For how many minutes? Have you tried to open a simple scene? does it run smoothly? Please provide a screenshot of this issue so we can have a better look at it.
