What’s your current D5 version? Did the problem occur just after updating to version 3.0?
Do you have encryption software on your device?
Do you have two graphics cards on your device? You can check it in your Task Manager.
Btw, are you currently controlling another computer’s screen remotely?
Yes, it started when I updated to version 3.0. I only have one graphics card rtx 5080.
Hi @amap100298 Ensure your graphics card driver is up to date. You can temporarily disable any encryption software on your device to see if it’s affecting D5.
Additionally, please run an integrity check through the launcher to see if there’s an issue with the Render installation.
