D5 file loading takes so much time, than usual

Hi,
D5 sync and loading takes so much time than usual and even with small files. Some times program stopped responding. How to fix this issue?

I apologize for the inconvenience.

  • May I know which 3d Modeling software you are using?
  • Does this occur to all files, even with a simple basic shape model?
  • Does this issue occur only when D5 Sync is activated?

Note: If you’re using SketchUp, we don’t recommend using the D5 Sync Plug-in since the latest version of the Live-sync plug-in has already incorporated the same features; hence, it’s best for you to use the Live-sync version.

Hi, thanks for your response!

  1. I am using Rhino 7, yes it doses even with small file. Sometimes it loads up to 10mins.

  2. Also, if I try to open only D5 without syncing, still the same issue, and stops responding.

  3. I also noticed AI enhancer takes more time than usual.

I apologize for the inconvenience. So basically, this issue occurs in both by:

  • Opening D5 Render (without plug-in)?
  • Activating the plug-in takes a lot of time to load.

Can you perhaps send us the following images/information?
