Hello,
I asked for an EDU licence, as a teacher, from the D5 launcher.
After that, I made another request, in the same day, from D5 Educator Initiative Program for this email, because a floating licence will be better for my work in university.
I received on 6th February that my Edu licence is activated, but its not the floating one.
I written an e-mail about this situation, but no answear until today.
Does anyone had the same problem?
The new semester is coming soon so i want to be sure that i am prepared for it.
