D5 Educational liscense

Hello D5!
I have applied for a D5 Education and as it’s required, It must need to show the community tag on explore segment. I was used D5 from my regular account for long time. I got my educational mail recently so applied for it. But in my page, It was shown as pro instead community. Maybe as a new user, I got pro tag in my profile. My inquiry is, Does D5 allow me to get me Educational offer or I will get reject for my non community badge? I have filled all data to D5. Please let me know D5 time.

We are unable to approve your educational license if your account are:

  • Subscribed to PRO License
  • has a PRO License due to being a new user (Usually can last up to a week)

We suggest applying for an educational license after your account has reverted to the community version. Thank you.
