Sorry for your issue. Has your Education account been gifted PRO for a few days before? If so the educational version will be issued for you when the PRO expires. Also, if this is not the case, we are on the vacation and will be back to work tomorrow. We will complete the review as soon as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.
yes, i applied last january 30, then the gifted expired at february 8. But glad that you replied to this concern, thank you! enjoy the vacation
