Hi! I am a student and just discovered my D5 education license has expired. My final is in 4 days and I reapplied 2 weeks ago and still haven’t been reinstated. Not sure what to do.

I’ve checked your application. We don’t accept screenshots of your university’s portal without any information that states which Academic Year you’re in or any supporting information that proves that you are currently enrolled; hence, your application was declined. Please reapply with new, valid documents.
