I have already submitted the student status verification form, and it has been seven business days, but my EDU plan has not been restored. I’m not sure if I might be missing any required information. Please help me check again and verify the status for the email qngo2709@gmail.com.

I checked your application, and your email address is already whitelisted. You should have received an email notification regarding this.
Since your email is now whitelisted, you may formally apply for the Edu License through the D5 Launcher. Please make sure to attach your valid supporting documents. Once submitted, our team will review your application accordingly.
