D5 crashing recently

I have been having an issue lately with the following error:

Fatal error!

Sorry for the inconvenience this caused. is this the first time you encountered this? The error “The UE‑d5_immersive Game has crashed … Fatal error!” is actually a known issue in D5, often related to either scene complexity (large files, heavy assets, dense scatter/vegetation) or hardware/environment problems (GPU/VRAM overload, outdated drivers, multiple GPUs).

To help us diagnose the issue more accurately, could you please provide the following information:

  1. Your D5 client version and system info (accessible via D5 Launcher → Settings → System Info)

  2. Your hardware details from Task Manager (CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM usage)

Thanks for attaching the details. This may be caused by instability with the Intel Core i9-13900KF processor when running DX12 applications. It is recommended to update the BIOS to the latest version (released in April) or disable CPU overclocking, RAM XMP profile and Intel Turbo Boost/restore them to the default values.

After making these adjustments, please test D5 Render again and let me know if the issue persists. Thanks

I have updated my BIOS and will report back if the crashing error is still occuring
