D5 crashes

After the last update the program constantly closes without any warning, I have been using it for 3 months (pro) and it had not happened to me before.
I have some work in progress, so please!!!

D5 Render Version: 2.1.0.0303
Graphics Card: RTX 3070
Driver Version: 512.15

I already reinstalled the program, and the sketchup plugin, and opened the program like admin. but nothing.

sometimes it crashes instantly, sometimes, it let´s me work for 15 minutes…

Hello Rafaxf,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this problem, this issue happened after you upgraded D5 2.0 to 2.1?
Did you change any hardware settings or turn on Overclock settings recently? Besides, this problem happens to a specific file or all files?

Please send two folders that contain logs to me for further troubleshooting, thanks.

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse

thanks for your help, it happens to me with all files, especially when I use local assets, i send you the files by wetransfer
