D5 Crashes whenever I click "Import"

D5 Crashes the instant I click on the import button. It’s not like I am importing anything heavy, it just randomly crashes when I click “Import”

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Could you please provide your D5 system information and your hardware details from Task Manager?

Also, does the crash only occur when you click Import, or does it happen when performing other actions as well?

Hey! We got it to work! I guess the problem was with an updated driver? We Downgraded to an older version of it and it works now. No idea how that worked but I guess the older version of the AMD driver is more stable? For Future refrence, we downgraded it to the 25.9.2 version (attached image)

Yes, that makes sense—this issue is likely related to the AMD graphics driver version. Driver incompatibilities can sometimes affect license detection or application behavior.
