D5 Crash

Graphics Card: RTX 3060
Issue Description: CRASHING

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please provide a few more details about the crash you’re experiencing? Specifically, it would help if you could let us know:

  • When exactly does the crash occur?
  • Does the program close suddenly, or do you see any error message or crash notification?
  • Are you running D5 Render as administrator, and does the application have full system permissions?

Thank you for giving time to my concern.
It happens everytime I load a new blank project in D5. I dont run it as admin.
I hope you could help me find the solution in this issue. Thank you.

Does the crash just happen after the 3.0 update?

Could you please collect a log file and send the generated log file to us(support@d5techs.com)? Please tag ‘Forum issue’ in the Subject and attach link to this post in the email.

Please also check the integrity of the software in the Support Tool.

I am not sure if it happened after the 3.0 update, Its my first time to use D5.
