D5 closes when rendering! Help

Hello,

I have a video scene in my project that starts rendering and after a while the D5 render closes by itself. I have an RTX 3090 and 72gb of RAM that are not being fully used. The .dls file folder is 5.87gb. Other scenes that show a smaller amount of elements are rendering normally. Why is this happening? I need to deliver this work urgently!

note: the video card driver is up to date.

Additional information

  • Only D5 render is open during render
  • No overclocking,
  • D5 is running as administrator.
  • 100% of used VRam (24gb)
  • about 10min to open the file
  • I tested the previous video card driver and the problem persists.
  • No overheating
