D5 Billing is not updated

My D5 pro is not active and its back to community account even though I already paid for the service that month and when I checked the Billing tab, it is not updated.

Can you share to us your email address? Or is it the one with the same name as your username here in the forum?

Last January 27-31, 2025, we identified an issue specifically affecting AirWallex transactions. Users who are using this payment method and were unable to change the method of payment had their accounts downgraded to Community Version because of failed deduction. Were you able to receive an email notifying you of this issue?

Upon checking your account in our system, there were no deductions made hence, the subscription was canceled. In the meantime, to ensure you can complete your purchase without further delay, we encourage you to use an alternative payment method. Both Stripe and PayPal are readily available and fully functional on our platform. We are working actively to repair the AirWallex integration and restore its full functionality.
