I may need to confirm the following information:
- Does this issue persist in a specific file or in all of your files? Try to open an empty D5 file and see if it crashes.
- Which version was D5 normal on your end?
- What’s your System Information, VRAM, and Memory Speed? Please send us these images.
Possible solutions:
- 2.11 has made PT enabled by default; considering your GPU specification, it might be possible that this is causing the issue. You can try to disable it first by enabling D5 Legacy.
- Update your GPU Drivers.
