hi, just a query, i can’t download, or search assets, it seems the asset library in D5 lite (in sketchup) not working or is there a glitch after upgrading to the latest version 1.70, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I just tested it on my end and it’s working normally.
- Have you tried using a different network perhaps your mobile data just to check if the issue persists?
- You may also send us a video recording showing the whole process.
If the issue persists, please send us your log files. Please send it to me privately, if it’s too large to attach, then please use googledrive link or wetransfer.
