D5 account logged out

I can’t work because the account in each moment logged out from me despite my internet connect is good

Are you still experiencing this issue? Normally, the cause of your account being logged out may be:

  • Someone is logging it in on another device
  • Frequent Internet Disconnection

If you’re still experiencing this issue, please let me know. I may need to collect your log files.

yes each time i use the account logged me out, no one use my account, just me

Please send your log files, you may send it to me privately here in forum.

Additionally, Please check:

  1. C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\d5_launcher > open cid.dat > send us a screenshot


2. Then check your registry editor specifically Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\D5 Render\usa > try to check the value of CID if it is the same as the one from your AppData.
