D5 3.0 saving and deleting renders

When I save AI upscaled images, they first appear in the folder - but are then suddenly deleted. Tried re-installing all of D5 render, launcher and live sync.

Windows 11.
Sketchup 2025.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Could you let me know whether the issue persists? Also, please confirm these on your end:

  • Where exactly are you saving the AI-upscaled images (Desktop, project folder, OneDrive, etc.)?
  • Does the save path contain any special characters?
  • Do you have full permissions for that folder?
  • Does the issue still occur if you save directly to a simple local path (e.g., C:\D5\Test)?
  • Are other AI features working normally, aside from saving?
