Creating realistic looking LED screens

I create a lot of interior designs that have large size LED screens as part of it. Wondering if anyone has a good workflow to make them look more true to life with larger pixel pitches and visible LED’s? Obvioulsy the easy path is a multimedia texture with emissive, but often it just feels like not the real thing. I’ve dabbled with incorporating a pixel pattern on the texture itself, but haven’t been able to get good results as it often ends up with banding and weird moire effects.

Might not be a good answer to this question, but wondering if anyone else have been wrestling with this issue?
