Consistent Crashing Upon Opening D5 Render Post-Update

I just this morning updated to D5 2.2 ( I believe) and ever since the update, My computer has crashed every single time upon opening a Demo Scene. It would work great before said update. I’ve gone through all previous forums in regards to D5 Crashing, and took all steps suggested, however it is still crashing.

Computer Specs:
10th Gen Intel Core i7-10750H
RTX 2070 Super
32 GB DDR4
8GB GDDR6 VRAM

Hello, did you run overclock settings? If not, the installation may be not complete after the upgrade. Could you please turn off Antivirus software temporarily then have a complete reinstall of D5 Render?

  1. uninstall D5 Render.
  2. delete the remaining files in the installation folder(also you could move those custom files to other places for backups.
  3. Go to the following path and delete 3 folders that start with “d5_”
    C:/Users/your account/AppData/local
    K2T78DMIR9BLG081BL$JH96
  4. Reinstall D5 Render from Download | D5 Render

If the problem remains, please let me know. We need your logs to find the issue cause.
Please find these two folders and send to ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
