City is missingt after opening file in 3.1

helloo guys

i was using the city generator in 3.1 and it was working fine. I closed the file and when a re-opened, it was like this,

when i turn off the styles, they reappear as white boxes, and then turn on styles, they become transparent

what error could it be?

Could you please confirm whether you are using version 3.1.0.0746? You can find this information in the section shown in the image below.

I tested the application using version 3.1.0.0746, and I couldn’t replicate the issue. Are you experiencing this error consistently with other files as well? If you haven’t updated to the latest version, I recommend doing so.

If the issue persists, could you please send us your log files?

yes i did enable styles and the building were transparent.

i clicked on collect logs button, what do i do after that? i dont know where the logs are saved

Please check your taskbar; your Windows File Explorer should open automatically where your logs are located.
