The city generator displays an error: “Download error. Please try again later.” The area on the map may not be available for download. I attempted to download an area located in downtown Redlands, California, USA.

Thank you for reporting this issue. This message usually appears when the selected area cannot be successfully retrieved from the online map data source.
Could you please try the following:
- Slightly adjust or reduce the size of the selected area and try downloading again.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable and that no firewall, VPN, or proxy is blocking D5’s network access.
- If possible, try generating a nearby area to confirm whether the issue is location-specific.
