Hello,
I’m trying to use the “city” context buildings, but the ones I hide in one scene reappear in another, even if I copy the settings and paste them into another scene. For now it’s unusable.
Hi @julienfischel We truly value your feedback and want to address your concern as thoroughly as possible. If it’s convenient, could you kindly provide us with a screen recording of the issue? This will help us better understand your experience and assist you effectively.
From our end, the city generator seems to be functioning as expected. Please note that hiding a building in one scene does not impact its visibility in other scenes, as each scene operates independently. If you’d like to hide a building across multiple scenes, you will need to open each scene individually and use the hide option within that scene.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the building included at all, you might consider deleting it entirely. We hope this explanation clarifies things for you, but if there’s anything still unclear, or if there’s any additional support you need, please let us know. We’re here to help. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
Thanks Anthony for your reply, but for now the solution for importing the 3D context of Open Street Map is much better done in Sketchup. We have complete control, and we can make the necessary modifications. I use CADmapper
Hi @julienfischel Could you please share some of the features you would like us to implement in the city generator feature? Kindly share this in our ideas and request section and let me know so I can share this with our team as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
