im trying the city feature but it has the same problem
Always give me the download error
the size of the selection is small and my conection is good, cesium works ok

Sorry for the inconvenience. Since Cesium is working correctly on your end, this issue may be related specifically to the City data download service rather than general connectivity. In some cases, this can be caused by network restrictions, firewall rules, or domain/IP blocking on certain networks (especially office or campus networks).
I have sent you the relevant IP addresses and domains privately. Please share them with your IT team and ask them to whitelist these addresses in your firewall or network security settings.
After whitelisting, kindly restart D5 and try downloading the City data again. If the issue persists, please let me know. Thank you
