Cierre de programa al abrir ventana de windows

Tengo el siguiente problema: SE CIERRA PROGRAMA AL ABRIR VENTANA DE WINDOWS.
Los modelos abiertos desde sketchup y luego sincronizado con D5, anda muy bien. No tengo problema al funcionamiento.
Por el contrario, si sucede al querer abrir carpeta de windows desde D5, ya sea para importar modelo, textura, lo que fuere. Se queda “calculando” y a los 2 segundos se cierra.

Just to reconfirm, since the images are quite small in size:

  • It’s the same folder that was opened in the welcome page, right?
