Is it possible to change my email address? I am currently using my school email address but it will be deleted on September 30 because our school is switching to Microsoft.
Hello, it seems you are looking to transfer your educational license to another email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate that request to safeguard your personal information. Please note that the educational license is valid for 180 days, you can still access your D5 Account with Educational license despite your university deleting it as long as it has not reached its expiry. If you are still eligible, you may re-apply for an educational license after it expires with your new ‘edu’ email being used.
