Change email associated with license

Hi there

I no longer have access to the email address that is linked to my license as I have changed domain names.

Is there any way to change this please?

Thanks so much for the reply.

The email address connected to my license is lee@landmark3d.co.uk but I don’t have access to that anymore.

The email I have on this forum is now the right one. :slight_smile:

Hi There Lee, Sorry for the late response.
I will be needing the following in order to change your email address.

  1. Proof of purchase(Invoice/Receipt)
  2. Screenshot of your MySpace Login
  3. Email that you will be using. (Please be advised that the new email should have not been registered as a D5 account, it needs to be deleted first.)

Please send them over via Direct Message or email to support@d5techs.com and please add @aryan to the email so i could quickly pull it up.

Feel free to let me know if you have any clarifications with the requirements and if you need assistance.
