Change EDU to new system, Old system was crashed and unable to open it

We have purchased D5 license and bind my office laptop for work. Last week our laptop suddenly crashed and shutdown suddenly, Afterwards we are unable to open it. To continue my work I need to use license. Is there any way to bind new device if our old device not in the working condition?

Not quite sure about this whole issue, can you provide more details on why you are unable to access your files or open them on your laptop? Also, are you using D5 Educational license on it? And if you are referring to your educational license. An educational license is tied to a single computer. This means that it can only be used on that specific device and cannot be transferred or unbound during the valid period. If you need to change your device, you may not be able to access your Education account, and we are unable to unbind it for you. Therefore, if you need to change your device, we recommend that you reapply after your current license has expired, or in your case, if you have multiple accounts like a community license, you can use it to log in to another device.
