Hi,
I would like to change the email address associated with my D5 account.

I have an active D5 Pro subscription and can provide proof of purchase if needed.
Please let me know how to proceed.

  • A screenshot of your MySpace login page
  • A copy of your most recent invoice or proof of purchase
  • The reason for requesting the email change
  • The new email address you would like to use

  • Proof of purchase (latest invoice)

Reason for email change: I no longer use the current email and would like to update it to my active one.

Could you please provide a copy of your original invoice from D5? You can download this directly from your MySpace account. You can refer to our User Manual here: Where to download and edit invoice? | User Manual

Once downloaded, kindly send me the invoice privately so we can continue processing the email update. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
