Cesium assets not showing up

Hi,
I have created a custom token(add it to my d5 workspace) and provided access to all the assets.

. when I open the cesium dialog, i only see 3 resources even though the token has been configured to access/read all resources. see image.

what is the problem here?

It seems your Cesium Ion token is correctly configured and includes all required scopes. The token has access to Cesium World Terrain and Cesium OSM Buildings, so this is not a permission or token issue.

At this point, the most likely causes are related to data loading, location, version, or network. Please check the following:

  1. Try changing the location to a major city (e.g., New York or London) and zoom in/out to see if OSM Buildings load.
  2. Confirm whether Cesium World Terrain loads correctly.
  3. Let us know your exact D5 Render version.
  4. Temporarily disable any VPN, firewall, or network restrictions, then restart D5 Render.
  5. Restart D5 after entering the Cesium token to refresh the connection.
